The word svadhisthana can be translated as “the dwelling place of the self,” and the element of the second chakra is water, which equals cohesiveness.

Our sacral chakra is best known as our home of sexual energy, but this chakras power goes far beyond the act of love and is responsible for conjuring the force of life within us.
